What is Floorball:FitForFuture?

4F is build as a long-term development programme that helps federations understand where they stand, identify their priorities and turn them into structured development projects. The programme combines practical tools, individual support, knowledge sharing and an international network to help federations develop in a balanced and sustainable way.

4F is more than a tool. It is a development approach.

The philosophy of the programme: Balanced Development

“Only federations developing all areas of operations experienced sustainable growth”

Floorball:FitForFuture (4F) idea leads the federation in balanced development which:
– Prevents having “Causes of Delay” (forgotten activities)
– Lowers risk of investing too much resources into a single activity

How does 4F work?

All IFF Member Federations can participate in the programme through their key leaders.

The programme consists of two phases. No matter the size, experience, or stage of development Phase 1 is open to all Member Federations, providing an easy entry point to start their development journey. Federations that wish to take the next step can continue in Phase 2 with additional support and tailored development activities:

Phase 1 – Evaluation

Understand your federation

The 4F Evaluation helps federations:

  • understand the full scope of their activities
  • identify their current level of development
  • identify strengths and development needs
  • understand what should be prioritised
  • benchmark selected areas with other federations

Phase 2 – Development

Turn priorities into action

The Development Phase supports federations to:

  • create a Development Action Plan
  • define concrete development actions
  • build the knowledge needed to implement them
  • review progress regularly
  • update priorities over time

Ready to develop your federation?
4F is designed for IFF Member Federations that want to better understand their organisation, set the right priorities and build sustainable development.
